John is frequently engaged to entertain on sports orientated functions like boxing evenings, or sportsman's dinners and has been asked to perform at many venues from the Football or Rugby clubs to the leading hotel chains across the UK where he will present a spot, usually after dinner, or before the boxing from the ring, or top table. John has worked alongside many celebrity speakers too, including George Best, Raymond Baxter, Dickie Bird, Sir Henry Cooper , John Conteh, Tommy Docherty, Emlyn Hughes, Sir Geoff Hurst, Freddy Trueman O.B.E. Nobby Styles, Frank Worthington, Dave Bassett, the list goes on and on.

John is capable of pitching the act to suit the occasion and usually gets it just right, with a long list of happy clients who have been delighted with his work, many of whom
re book. From football dinners at Chelsea & Ipswich F.C's and the Madejski stadium with Sir Bobby Charlton, Rugby at Twickenham and many other clubs known and obscure, Numerous boxing dinners events.
